Flow: Monday 9.15am
Flow yoga, like a dance, builds flexibility, strength and balance, while maintaining focus on good alignment. Awareness stays with the breath while moving through a series of postures creating an accessible and effective moving meditation, helping to calm and quieten even the most active minds.
Astanga Style Flow: Monday 6.00pm and Saturday 8.00am
Based on the Astanga yoga sequencing of asana, linking breath and movement in a vinyasa flow. Best suited to those who enjoy a more dynamic practise.

Open to all levels from complete beginners to the more experienced as the teacher adapts the class according to the students.
Our classes are kept small to ensure personalised attention and allow each person to practice according to their own ability and advance at their own rate.
