Connect, share and learn postpartum tips and tools.

When: 24th March, 28th April, 26th May 2024
Time: Sunday 10.30am to 12.00pm
Cost: FREE

Our FREE Gatherings are for all pregnant mums (any stage of pregnancy) to come together, connect, share and learn postpartum tips and tools.

Each gathering starts with a mindful practice, followed by sharing in a beautiful supported circle. At each gathering Kathryn will share practical tips and tools for a different area of your postpartum from sleep to food. We finish the Gathering off with a restorative meditation. Kathryn will also bring along some homemade goodies to enjoy and warming tea!

The Gatherings are an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded mammas-to-be and find beautiful friends to journey through into motherhood with!

About Kathryn

Kathryn, originally from the UK has settled and found her home here on the Central Coast. Kathryn or ‘Mamma Nurture’ as she goes by is a birth and postpartum doula, a Mindful Hypnobirthing facilitator, baby yoga and baby massage teacher. Kathryn is passionate about supporting mums through the huge transition we go through when we become a mother.

Kathryn is dedicated to helping pregnant mums and couples find and create their village of support and does so through her monthly Mamma-to-be Gatherings and the Prenatal Supper Club (a three week course for pregnant couples) here at the studio. If you are looking to find like-minded mammas and other couples and learn tips and tools to support your postpartum then join Kathryn no matter what stage of pregnancy you are at, everyone is welcome.

Kathryn is bringing Baby Massage and Mamma Time into the studio creating a nurturing and calm class to connect with your baby and meet other like-minded mammas. This 5 week course is a wonderful way to learn amazing massage techniques which benefit both you and baby and you also get to enjoy tea and treats each week.

Being a mum of three children Kathryn is active in the community, loves having seaside adventures with her family and enjoying the laid back Central Coast lifestyle (as laid back as you can with three children).
